We strongly recommend making an appointment in advance. Although we love to take walk-ins when we have a timeslot available, the best way to ensure we can take care of you is by scheduling in advance. We do sometimes have last-minute openings, give us a call at (813) 533-7000

Relaxation (Swedish) is the most popular massage service booked - but, you may not be satisfied with this selection if you have chronic or acute pain, muscle spasms, nerve issues, injuries, or other needs to address. Or, if you like a deep, powerful massage, a Therapeutic or Deep Tissue massage is just a few more dollars - and worth every penny. If you have advanced or complex needs, we recommend booking a therapeutic upfront, and doing a thorough consultation with your massage therapist.

Your esthetician will analyze your skin with special lighting, and discuss your skincare goals, history, & concerns with you. You'll make a decision together on which type of facial you'll proceed with - no surprises! You can book a European Facial to secure your timeslot, and proceed accordingly.

Not to worry - we'll put you at ease. Let your therapist know what your needs are, including where to focus, and where to avoid. The first 5 minutes of your appointment time will be to consult, communicate your needs, and prepare. You will be given privacy to undress to your comfort level, in ambient low lighting, and your therapist will knock on the door to ask if you're ready before entering. You will be draped with a sheet or blanket for the entirety of your service. Don't be afraid to speak up during your service for any reason - we love reading your mind - but we love more when you talk to us :) Our goal is to provide you with top-notch customer service, every time. The last 5 minutes of your service are to redress and exit promptly.

• We understand that things come up - that is why we allow everyone to cancel or reschedule without penalty, up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. A fee of $50 per person, per service will be assessed for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time & date. Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled time, and no-call no-shows may be subject to full price of services.

• Our cancellation policy exists to protect & support our staff, to keep everyone's schedule accurate, and to enable us to help every client in need of services. When an appointment cancels last-minute, your therapist cannot refill that slot. The time slot was reserved just for you - it means lost income, wasted preparation, and time we cannot get back. Because we ♥ our therapists and staff, the cancellation fee is in place to compensate them for their lost time and resources.

• Late Arrivals & Last-Minute Reschedules:  We cannot accommodate last-minute reschedules, or extend service time for late arrivals. All late arrivals will still end at the original designated time. If you will be more than 10-15 minutes late, we recommend paying the cancellation fee and rescheduling your appointment, so that you may experience the full benefits of your services (minus the stress of rushing to arrive). Please contact us as soon as you become aware of an issue, so that we may look into possible solutions that will work for you. A last-minute reschedule is still considered a cancellation!

• We recommend planning your route in advance to account for traffic and weather. Please be aware of higher traffic times (such as rush hour, school release times, or specials events such as concerts / sports activities) that might impact your commute time. Important: when prompting your GPS for directions, be sure to enter 11782 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. Tampa FL 33618 - do not simply type in "Essentials" - this will ensure you come to the correct address. 

• Our cancellation policy is explained briefly to each client upon booking, and must be applied to everyone equally and equitably. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions you may have. 

Our deposit policy is to collect $50 per service upon booking, on a valid credit card, over the phone or in person. Your information is always secure, and the deposit ensures your booking. The deposit amount goes towards the balance of your services, or covers the cancellation fee if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled date & time. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied towards a future appointment if you need to reschedule, with at least 24 hours' notice.

We have ongoing deals for package pricing, spa days, and weekly price reductions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Join our rewards program to accumulate points for every dollar spent, and receive special promotional offers when available. You can also follow our social media for the latest news, discounts, and offers.

We have several accommodations to help you celebrate! Ask us about upgrading your services to maximize their experience. Or, purchase an "I Love You" package to include roses, a balloon, and a special treat. Make up for lost time with a BFF package - you'll get to indulge together after your services in the relaxation room. If you have 4 or more members of your group - give us a call and we can put together a party package for you.

It is standard practice to tip your therapist 20% of the original, undiscounted service price. Gratuities provide meaningful support for our therapists and our small business - to help keep our services are affordable, and to show appreciation for your therapist's diligent care. Both cash and credit card gratuities are accepted. However - we are unable to break large bills at this time.
